Dear Mr. Hefner,

We are the B’s and we want to say “thank you” for having such employees as Andy and Colin. They are very professional and very knowledgeable about their jobs and go to the fullest length to explain what they need to do to complete that service.

It all started with them doing a small job and ending up doing two bigger jobs. Thanks to them we feel that they saved us from coming home one day to a flooded home. Thanks again Andy and Colin for a job well done.
